Vienna Lager Beer Bread

3 Cups flour, sifted
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/3 Cup sugar
1 Generous pinch of salt
1 Bottle Devils Backbone Vienna Lager, room temperature
1/4 Cup unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375*.
In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Make sure to sift the flour generously for fluffier bread. Add Devils Backbone Vienna Lager, mixing lightly until a lumpy batter forms with as many bubbles in it as possible. Pour mixture in the loaf pan and add the melted butter on top for a crunchy crust. For a softer option, mix the butter into the batter.
Bake for 1 hour. Cool and pair with Devils Backbone Vienna Lager!
