Artigiano wine ripened Wisconsin cheese, raspberry peach Champagne jam, speck, marinated artichokes paired with Kilt Flasher
 
Olli wild boar smoked salami with Sangiovese wine, Whiskey Willoughby soft ripened cow cheese from Vermont, marinated greek olives, and a fruit paste paired with the Mosaic Red
 
Gorgonzola Dolce, peppered salami, stone ground mustard, Cornichons paired with Antipodean IPA
 
Honeyed goat cheese, prosciutto, lemon curd, and candied nuts paired with Trail Angel Weiss
